Hello there, sorry it’s been so quiet although I have a few great things to tell you including my getting removed from part of MoMA yesterday (no harm done on either side – but a great story none the less). I’m slammed at work, but will try to start getting things up tomorrow – in reality, expect to see a good largish post on monday.
Last time I was outside the MoMA I was sitting outside the Munch exhibit when security came up to me. I really thought I was going to be thrown out for some reason (perhaps bad mouthing Munch).
Instead the guard started going on about how much he loved my Siouxsie leather and we had a great conversation about how kids today just don’t get it.
Nice write up. Hadn’t heard of Arte Povera before. I’m coming out of a bit of a dry period, trying to get back into art as art. So, as always, thanks for some leads.
